Our programme offers you the opportunity to gain an insight into all aspects of insurance and reinsurance through an understanding of the syndicate’s operation, its classes of business and the underwriting process. You will have the opportunity to learn about the Lloyd’s insurance market plus develop your business, communication and team working skills.
In joining the Graduate Programme, alongside challenging work you will be offered support and opportunities to develop your skills. Graduates are given clear responsibility from the outset so you are likely to find yourself liaising with clients, working on major claims or assisting with internal projects right from the start of your career here.
